Kushner will have his day in court to be sure. It's merely a matter of time for
prosecutors to develop their case. Remember that the big fish is Trumpsky
and their hope is to tie him conclusively with instigating any activity associated
with Russia. Also, in the meantime, Kushner may turn against his father-in-law
in hopes of a lighter sentence and that, of course, would make a prosecutor's
job all the easier.
