Yes, the moral life of the country...

...should be superseding all else. However, if Republicans were to truly focus
on Trumpsky the entire country would more fully recognize that the Republicans
themselves have, for the past 30+ years, played a very critical role in denying
millions of Americans their civil rights.

In short, Republicans have been race-baiting and dog-whistling for decades
while Trumpsky is but a latecomer to Republican intolerance and racism.
